I recently received a Samsung 1080p Plasma TV, Playstation 3, and a Monster HDMI cable. The reason why I bought it because I was “impressed” by the Blu-ray demo at Best Buy always show. The picture was so real, it seemed almost in 3D if I could reach the screen and entering. I was very excited when I saw a player of mine, but when I played the movie, was not as sharp as I saw the demo. He just looked like a picture of really good DVD, but pisture DVD. There might be something wrong with my PS3 or an HDMI cable? What am I doing wrong? Someone please help me.

  1. Please try another Blu-ray movies are not all created equal (I hope to do a comedy and not an old DVD). Without seeing what you see is very difficult to say whether some of the settings is erronée.Assurez want your PS3 will not output in 1080p.

  2. Believe that the display settings are configured differently, the showroom of the store. LNT40661F I model from Samsung. The TV has three display settings: Standard, Dynamic, and Cinema. Best Buy probably used the dynamic range.
